This was so needed, thank you. Tried the tea out last night and it was a hit. I also feel cleansed by the spirit of Black America's Holy Hold on Healing Art after Kendrick Lamar's performance last night, which just felt like the reset and calibration we need to acknowledge, focus on and pour into - art, culture, inheritance and the knowledge that through it all, people have managed to make transcendent art that reminds us time and time again who we also are as a species.

Omg I baked a cake the other week and was so confused at why it was so flat and dense. It took a week to realize that I had never cracked the seal on the milk I had bought specifically for it. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Deeply relatable. Got the notification for this post while I was listening Chani Nicholas’s most recent “Down To Astro” episode - where they also talk about flooding the zone / muzzle velocity. Such a helpful articulation of how this feels + how we can resist it.
